To delete your account, please send an email from your registered email address with the details below:

• Email: learnwithavishek.business [at] gmail [dot] com

• Subject: Account Deletion Request

⬇️ Include the following details in the email:

• Registered Name

• Registered email ID

• Registered mobile or WhatsApp number 

• App name: Learn With Avishek

Our support team will verify the request and process the deletion within 7 working days.

📂 Data That Will Be Deleted

Once your request is approved, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• User profile information

• Login credentials (email / mobile or WhatsApp number)

• Course access and enrollment details

• Order history linked to your user profile (excluding legally required transaction records)

• App usage data linked to your account

🕒 Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes for up to 180 days, after which it will be automatically deleted.

🔒 Purchase & Payment Records (Important)

Purchase and payment-related records (such as order ID or WhatsApp number, order details, transaction date, amount paid, and email ID) may be retained in our secure internal records for legal, accounting, and compliance purposes, even after account deletion. 

These records:

• Are not used for marketing or communication 

• Are not linked to an active user profile

• Cannot be used to restore a deleted account

🏠 Delivery Address Information

If you have previously ordered physical books, your delivery address may have been collected solely for the purpose of shipping those books.

Upon account deletion:

• Delivery address data linked to your user profile will be deleted.

• Address details may be retained in secure internal records only if required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes related to completed physical book orders.

• Delivery address data is not used for marketing and is not shared with any third parties except logistics partners for order fulfillment.
